Very rude folks running the store. Came here to get a medium pizza. Charged me for a large. When I asked them about the cost... discrepancy between what I see on the menu versus what they charged me, they rudely replied "if you have so much problem, thenwhy the hell did you even come to our store". I have never become so infatuated by a mixture of dough, sauce, and cheese as I was when I made the trip to Domino's. Through... the culmination of these ingredients, a wonderful assortment of herbs, and the friendliest smiles around on a Saturday night,Domino's has yet again exceeded my expectations of it means to eat a pizza. This review is for store manager Arjun. I am a regular customer to this store on a regular basis. Due to Covid-19, I have been... ordering online for pick up. There are times when I arrived to pick up my order, a few times store staffs would greet to say hiwith smile. However, as soon as they look up my and verify my order, the staff?s face looked upset and not even say a word whenpassing my order to me with no thanking to the customer. This has happened a few times to me and the only reason I can think ofwhy store staffs are acting like this maybe the reason that I used online coupon to order my pizza and pasta each time with myorder. Most disorganized domino's I've ever been to. Order is ready, we show up, surprise! It's not. Then they make a mistake and it... takes longer... And we ended up having to leave before it's done. All in all, waiting 20 minutes at the shop was not worth it. Read more
The worst experience I?ve ever had with Dominos. I?ve never been treated so badly in a place like that. The attendant was... extremely rude for no reason and tried to not hand my order. Put that it was complete when it wasn?t I waited on my car for 30minutes and he said that I would have to come inside to pick up A CAR SIDE pickup. I went inside the store and ?Bala? treated sobadly that I wish I had never went to that store. I really wish that guy lost the opportunity to work with people. He does notdeserve and the customer is not paying to be treated like that for no reason. I could write a lot more on how disappointing I?mwith this team and store. But I?m leave at that. [ ] This place needs to change the way they hire employees! The food was adequate but a half hour after my delivery order I... looked online and it listed 2 minutes more for delivery (I'm 6 to 8 minutes away) but when I looked at the map I saw the cardrive in the opposite direction for the next half an hour. Since I knew there were multiple deliveries I waited over half anhour before I was concerned and called to talk to the manager, but the call wasn't answered for over 20 minutes. The managerthen said that the delivery driver would be here soon. Her arrival was over an hour and a half after I ordered the food and tomake it worse I asked her how many deliveries she had done and she said none! I suggest pizza buyers shop elsewhere! Read more
