I placed an order 5 pizzas and 2 house salads. Supposed to take 31 minutes when I placed the order then after it stated 67-77... minutes. When the food is finally delivered the gave me a chicken Caesar salad instead of my 2 house salads. Called and waitedon hold for over an hour. Hung up and called back for another 30 minutes on hold. What a joke! I want my money back. Don?t evenhave the customer service to answer the phone, what kind of business runs like that. If I could I would give it a 0 stars.I wantthe franchise owner information to file a formal complaint. System wants to give me a free pizza but what they forgot to give mewas worth more. An employee at the counter who took my order was speaking with a very weird accent and when I asked to repeat what he was saying... he just decided to yell at me. The whole time I was there he was acting agressively and probably had some personal issues whichhe apparently thought was ok to affect his job duties. The pizza quality matched the attitude of the employee. I do notrecommend this place because of that unprofessional employee with anger issues. Read more
