Domino pizza store does not accept walk in order??? Very bad experience. I was walk in to make a direct order but was rejected... and the store guy told me to serve online order only (at 7.45pm today sep 25 at Aborn road store) But 5 minutes later i saw theytook direct order from the other 2 walk in customers?.i wonder if Is it racist to me as Asian? WORST DOMINOS IVE EVER BEEN TO SERVICE IS TERRIBLE SMELLY DIRTY UNPROFESSIONAL. Came to the store 20 minutes after my pizza was... ready according to the app and still managed to wait 10 minutes in an empty store while the 4 employees fumbled around withpizzas and completely ignored me for the first 5 minutes. Unbelievable when it comes to the poor job with customer service. Not only did I not get my full order but my pizza came to the... house and it was burnt and really hard couldn't even eat the pizza and then I called back about the missing items and every timeI call them they keep hanging up on me. I know it's not the Domino's company itself is the employees working in there tonightand I really feel like those people do not deserve to have a job because of the customer service they are providing right now.That's bad for business and for sure you guys have lost my business and I've ordered a lot from Domino's but this is just goingto continue to go on so I would just recommend not even ordering from this specific location Read more
Please DO NOT EVER USE THIS DOMINOS pm ABORN road especially for delivery. Our order came incomplete and the driver did not... speak properly at all. Then we called the Dominos and two ladies spoke so rudely to us and did not refund our money and saidthey will deliver it next time. So I have to lose my money today ?. In which world is that fair ?.
