Despite the changes that have been made in the manner placing orders and the the lower amount of tables to sit at inside, the... food is still the same great Costco food that we all came to know and love. Read more

My brother, who is disabled and in a power wheelchair, came in before me to buy a tv and purchased a hot dog while I arrived... with my truck. A supervisor allowed him and his friend to sit in an area near the service desk that is for employees breaks sothat she could help feed him until I arrived. I got there shortly and a few minutes later an employee named Arturo arrived andsaw my brother and said that the area was for employees only. We explained that a manager allowed him to sit back there so hecould eat with his friend's help. He turned around, shaking his head in disgust, and went to ask every supervisor in the areawho let them use a table in the "employee only break area". I went to speak to a manager about his reaction and he came back tothe break area visibly angry. My brother went to apologize and he said, "Today is not the day, man" which to most people meantthat he was threatening a guy in a wheelchair! This employee apparently is disgusted with disabled people and can't stand to seethem in HIS break area. I am going to the next level in making this known to Costco management. Read more

Quick service, inexpensive food. Sometimes messy tables but is generally ok. Open all the way until 8:30pm as listed and still... fully stocked on every food item on the menu. Read more

Edit: Third time I tried to phone, they wouldn't pick up so I called management who took my order for then we were told the wait... would be more than an hour. We gave them an hour and 40 to have the pizza ready before we lined up, and sure enough we weretold to wait on the side again. We only had to wait maybe 5 more minutes. So TL;DR: Order AT LEAST an hour in advance, maybeeven longer. Twice now I've ordered a combo and cheese pizza from the food court and twice I've had to wait well over an hourdespite calling in both times. The first time they couldn't find my phone order, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Iarrived to pick it up and was told they couldn't find the phone order under my name so they didn't have it prepared and told meto they'd put it in the oven and it would be out in 10 minutes. 15 minutes later my order isn't called so I line back up only tobe told they just put the pizzas in the oven, and it would be about 7 minutes. 20 minutes later my order is finally called. Thesecond time is more of the same, except they did the "we just put in the oven and it will be out in 10" THREE TIMES before we'retold to wait another 5 while they got the pizzas. Again, we did call ahead and checked in when it was supposed to be ready buttheir kitchen is unbelievably slow, unbelievably busy or both. If you aren't getting pizza however everything else comes outfairly quick and tastes great as expected. Read more

"We pay our workers $45k/year, provide health insurance and let them unionize?the opposite of what Walmart does."?James Sinegal,... co-founder and former CEO of Costco Hard to find anyone in the BA that hasn't eaten at a Costco Food Court before because, unlike shopping there, you don't have to be a member to dine. The food is not great, by any stretch of the imagination, but theprices can't be beat. 100% beef hot dog or Polish dog w/ Pepsi® ($1.50) This is the ubiquitous item that everyone goes for. They have a nice topping bar that includes fresh white onion, relish, ketchup and deli or yellow mustard. I like the Polish dogbetter but it really gives me awful burps. Churro ($1) At one time these were terrific but now they're awful. Hard, overcookedand no flavor. Pizza ($1.99/slice $9.99/18" pie) Available in pepperoni, combo or cheese this might be the most controversialitem in their menu, as some people like it and some people absolutely abhor it. Personally I think it's ok. Not great but notterrible. Açaí Bowl ($4.99) this is the much hyped-up new offering from Costco and it was actually pretty good. TheAçaí-infused fro-yo base wasn't too sweet and it was loaded with fresh strawberries, blueberries and granola. I esp liked thatthe granola had dried banana in it. I think it might be better as a breakfast item, as it's a bit too sweet for lunch, but on ahot day this actually might be the perfect meal. Now, legend has it that "some people" will take a Costco Dog and wrap it in aslice of their pepperoni pizza and make the most horrifying abomination known to Cardiologists. But that's merely conjecture andI don't deal with that... Read more
