Reviews for Costco Food Court in San Jose, CA
Quick service and food is always up to Costco standard. Wish they would bring the churro back but I know that?s a corporate... decision and not the stores choice. Read more
I?ve never had a problem with this costco food court. But today just wasn?t their day. First, I tried to call to place an order... and they didn?t answer. So, I assumed they were really busy. When I showed up, there wasn?t ANYONE in line. Alright, nbd. Iordered my pizza and chicken bake (10min wait, cool). When I got back about 10 min after my pizza/chicken bake should?ve beenready, they said they didn?t get the ticket and that it?d be another 8 min (alright, whatever). BUT when I went back, they saidthey didn?t have any chicken bakes AT ALL and it was as if they didn?t even notice that there was a chicken bake on my receiptwhen they told me that they had forgotten the order. Human error. Mistakes happen. I get that, it just wasn?t cool. Read more
Food court is outside at this Costco. This is my preferred Costco to shop at and I know the ins and outs of it but like some... people say it can be a little difficult if you're new to it and yes the employees can be somewhat rude at times but can it bethat they are under a lot of stress? Give them a break and grow a thicker skin. As for the quality of the food I have never hada bad experience here and because of Covid their safety protocols have gotten better. The pizza is always good here but I'mbummed they don't offer Combo anymore, which was the best deal in pizza IMO. Read more
I like that it is outside making it easier to get the food but they can be a bit slow.
External to the store, including the seating. You do not need to be a member to buy food here, but you can only pay in cash... outside. You can buy the food with credit/debit card inside, at the cash register, if you are a member. In that situation, thereceipt will show your purchase. You can skip the line, show your receipt at the food counter, they will hand you yourfood. Hot dog toppings such as chopped onions, mustard/relish, etc are self serve, around the corner. Same with sodas and sodaaccessories and napkins. If you want sourkraut, ask for it at the counter when they give you the hot dog. Read more
John doesn't know what he's talking about. They've always been helpful and polite, which is remarkable considering how many... people can't follow the signs and prefer to harass employees in front of a crowd Read more
Some workers are very rude when giving directions if you are either in the wrong pickup line or you are new to the place. Been a... customer for a while and can't believe they treat some customers like this... Read more
