The other people who have rated this Chipotle anything above a 2 star must have never gone to another Chipotle in their life... because this one is bad. The meat is always over cooked and they run low on items a lot. It doesn?t seem like the staff has everbeen trained. So sad because Chipotle is our favorite! Read more

I arrived here at 9:40 p.m. they're supposed to stay open until 10:00 p.m. I walked in and stood there for 3 minutes before an... employee told me that they were closed for the night. I asked him if they were open till 10:00 and they said yes but they'reclosing early tonight because it's slow. I'm not sure if that's common practice but I feel if you're open till 10:00 you shouldstay open till 10:00. Read more
I placed an online order today through DoorDash. This is the second time I have had a bad experience . The first time they said... they lost my order , it had already been picked up . Then this time I get there and the order was not ready, they said I had towait for the chicken which would be another 10 minutes. My order was supposed to be ready at by 4:50pm .While I was waiting Isaw the women (not wearing a mask wipe her nose then put gloves on without washing her hands) . I came here for clean food after years. I normally go to real mexican taqueria. I'm disappointed with the size of and... flavourless chicken burrito. The worst thing is the meat in not well cooked. I hope I won't get sick because of that. I'll neverget back to chipotle again. I would rather go to local taquria with flavor ful burrito along with free chips and salsa. Adios. Read more
I really wish leadership would look at the reviews here recently. There needs to be a change. This is the THIRD TIME THIS HAS... HAPPENED to us here, so we will no longer be coming. We placed an online order today, 12/1 at 5:30 pm. When we got it, the foodwas entirely different than what we ordered. Half our ingredientes in BOTH MEALS were missing and replaced with other randomthings. It?s like whoever made the food just kinda threw a little of this and a little of that with no regard to what weactually ordered. People work hard for their money, and when they spend that money on food that is completely different thanwhat they ordered because some teenager didn?t care enough to read the order, that?s not okay. I will not be coming hereanymore and I will make sure that everyone I know avoids this place as well. Read more
