Reviews for Chipotle Mexican Grill in San Jose, CA
This chipotle is koo been here a few times I only get the asada burrito bowls fire
Had a large order to go. Most of the stuff as they were filling out was emptying out. Both persons helping insisted on waiting... and filling it up. Despite me telling them just split what you got. Veggie bowls guacamole was given on the side with hotsauces. They were kind courteous patience and they tried. My experience has improved over past several months. While I agreewith a few reviews here, this place is definitely turning around to our goto chipotle in town. Read more
I hate to say it but, I've worked for chipotle a total of 3 years. While I hardly enjoyed my stay it did teach me valuable... lessons in food prep, cooking, and cleaning, skills that will help me be a better young adult. Working for them for that longhas also exposed me to many locations as a hand is needed at other locations from time to time. So I've been to many chipotlesthroughout San Jose, and this one is the WORST one I've ever been to or ordered from. When working on online orders you see,the lack of customer eyes allows the worker to prioritize efficiency over satisfaction. I'm guilty of this too, I'd give anonline order maybe 70 percent the rice and beans Id give an instore order. Instead of pushing the limit of the regulation 4oz ofmeat to 5oz for a particularly friendly customer, I'd go robot mode and give a 3.5 scoop. It's inevitable, unless you're aregular, your online order will have less than ideal portions. The difference with this store is that not only will you get lessrice, or a smaller portion of meat, the rice will INEVITABLY be crunchy, either from the staff literally scraping the bottom ofthe pan to get that nice crunchy crust on your bowl or because the new hire forgot to add water to the rice cooker. Less meat?Try half a portion of meat, yep, and if you pay for double, they'll lovingly grant you the full 4 ounces you were advertised. This place sucks, and since it's in California you're paying 20 to 30 percent more than a guy at a Texas or Nevada Chipotle andthe prices seem to increase every week, I tell ya, working cash gets a bit confusing when bowl prices increase that often. Butthat's enough from me. MY advice, just don't order here. Just don't. But if you have to, always order instore so that you don'tget cucked by the online order station and here's what you do: 1: Act like the nicest person you can when ordering. Smile, talklike you actually feel emotions. 2: Look at their uniforms. Are they wearing a button up? do they h Read more
Worst chipotle Iv ever been. And the portions are so small. Better off going to panda across the parking a lot.
The quality of chicken is just not good at this chipotle. The Chipotle on Coleman and 880 has the best chicken. Its right next... to Avaya stadium. I dont like the meat at this chipotle. Read more
This is probably the worst chipotle place in the SJ area. The portions are horrible if you are ordering online. I learned that... the hard way after ordering 3 times. The first time, I ordered a chicken bowl with 2x chicken and there was barely any chickenin the bowl. The two other bowls were the exact same, with copious amounts of sour cream when I only indicated the normalportions. These employees should learn how to scoop correctly! I will definitely NOT be ordering from this location ever again. Read more
I did not have a good experience there. The girl who ?helped? me did not smile once, had a bad attitude and gave the girl in... front of me twice as much meat and rice I had to ask double meat and of course was charged for it. Lol I got a bad vibe and feltunwelcome despite I kelp a smile on face and very kind and respectful to her! To top it off the chips were so stale they weresoft they ran out of vinaigrette! Very disappointed.. Read more
