11am, came in exactly as they opened. Jason took care of me. I see 2 people working plus a shift manager / host. Doors to the... establishment have dirty windows and chipped paint. There?s also a side door to pick up to go items which could beconvenient. I asked for suggestions on a drink. He recommended tropical sunrise. It was tasty. They do have an amazing drinkingmenu. The prices are way better than a typical bar TBH. The menu is overwhelming and there?s no way they can make this manyitems well, which I found out later. There?s an option for unlimited soup, chips and side salad. I?m intrigued but that?s foranother trip. Utensils are average quality and average cleanliness. The self pay machine is disgusting and that?s putting itlightly. Do not touch that device. There?s a draft beer board that has a few options and I?m told it rotates. Kind of cool ifyou want to experiment. Food was average, drink was weak, service was decent. 1 server for 7 tables can be stressful forthem. Overall, it?s a cheap place to get effectively fast food. Definitely a spot for drinks with the $6 monthlymargaritas. Parking: plenty b/c it?s a shopping center Time to be acknowledged: immediately Time to be seated: immediately Timeto get food: quick (under 10 min) Time to get water: not offered at all Time to get bar drink: less than 4 min Time to get checkonce finished: 15+ min so far. Unacceptable. Notes for the GM: Don?t let servers focus on new customers. As the time increases,the tip can go inversely proportional. I gave him 25% but others might not be so kind. Bathroom was disgusting! No seat covers. The "out of order" stall had some so I took the entire pack out and put it in the other... stall. While I waited for the stall to be opened a restaurant employee was using the restroom. So staff knew the restroom was inthis condition. My waiter was awesome! No one wears a name tag so I didn't know his name. I left him a credit card tip. Thentold my husband I didn't leave a tip. So he got 2 tips ; ) Ordered the Rib eye steak with double broccoli. Trying to eat alittle healthier... boom the broccoli has a pound of salt on it. Lemon drop was literally only fresh lemon juice. Blackberrymargarita was great. The second one had way to much sweetener. Titios punch was perfect! Idk what was going on with the bar.Place wasn't busy at all. My last drink took like 20 min. We were greeted by a ghetto door host in a hoody more interested in her phone than job. We got seated and the waitress walk... past us six times ignoring us never said nothing until my husband said something out loud . She still continued to walk past andnot so much as second glace in our direction. So we got up and asked to be seated in another section and the experience gotbetter from there thanks to our waiter very pleasant.I think the ladies could learn a thing or to about customer service fromhim. Decent food, prices are ok, portions are small. Our drinks were made good, meaning they weren't water down.
Came for a late lunch. Not busy, fast and friendly service. Clean restaurant. Loved that I was able to get Baked Potato Soup... without the bacon! Read more

I love Chili?s but the last time we visited we were very annoyed with the experience. We were seated and ordered drinks, and we... got them in an okay amount of time. The waiter was weird and tried to play a ?game? to get us to see if we could guess whichdrink was ours (Coke vs Dr Pepper) which was actually very annoying since we were all super hungry. We were ready to order butthe waiter said he had to go get something (whatever note pad or tablet he would use to take our order). He then proceeded to goto a large group of people who had walked in and been seated well after us, and chatted with them casually while making us waitto even take our order. We asked another staff member if we could order with them and we?re told that our waiter would be withus ?right away? only for him to move on to another table after the large group. Unfortunately we ended up leaving instead. Ifit was going to take so long to even order then it would likely take even longer to eat.
