Their website says they open at 6 AM.. I pulled up at 6:10 AM and the drive-through marquise were still dark. So I drove up to... the window and one employee motioned to me that it would be just a moment. Then all the other employees tried to act like I wasnot there. Several minutes later I finally drove away in disgust after wasting my time, having gone out of my way to come herefor breakfast. All they had to do was acknowledge me and open the window and tell me either they were open or it was going tobe a bit because they were behind. Instead they chose to act like I was not there. Line busters get you through quickly in the drive thru and food is always consistently prepped and packaged well for the ride... home. The new peach milkshake is delicious but the all time best frosted lemonade is my favorite. You have to try it! Read more
I don?t know what kind of work environment you guys are running over there, but you guys are absolute garbage. My chicken patty... looked like it was ripped in half. Was only enough chicken to cover half the bun. For my waffle fries.. I literally got 3 friesand a bunch of crumbs. Ordered extra sauce and didn?t get any. Everyone at this place are very kind to customers. As you walk in they welcome you and help you all the way. Even when you're... eating they're kind enough to offer from extra napkins, sauce, and even a refill on your drink. I'm very impressed with theservice. My kids love chick fil a and so do my wife and I. I will always recommend this place not just for the delicious foodbut also the extraordinary service. Thank you. Read more
Food was great as usual but ?Dining Room Closed Due to Staff Shortages? on a 90 degree day at 6pm. Counted at least 18 team... members on the clock not including people in the back on fryers or on break. There were more staff telling people the diningroom was closed than would be necessary to clean the tables and run the food. Oddest experience I?ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A.Open to take your money but closed to sit and relax and enjoy your dinner at 6pm? Manager on her phone telling people the diningroom was closed could have just been cleaning tables and running food and allow people to enjoy their meals. Ps the boothsclosed off for team members looks really tacky when you send 6 people on break at the same time to relax but paying customerscan?t. Food great. Staff great. Stopped by for some chicken sandwiches, nuggets, and fries. And to my unfortunate surprise the fries were dipped and coated in... salt. It was disgusting. I had to stop at wienerschnitzel for an order, and left without an option, I tossed in the trash theextremely salted chick-fil-A fries. Come on Chick-fil-A, you can do better than that. First time I visited this place; I just had to see what all the hype was... It didn't disappoint ????????????????Great food, and... delicious sauces, ???? but what's the best for me, was their customer service ???????? If you're anywhere near ThePlant/Monterey and Tully, come check them out. I haven't visited any other Chick-fil-A restaurants, but this one I can vouchis worth the drive. Read more
Ordered catering through the app, when I got to my expected pick up time which was 11:30am, they handed me my order at 11:53am.... I left in a hurry since I was going to be late for work after having to wait 23 minutes for my order. When I left the restaurantcalled me back saying my card didn't go through and they needed me to go back to the location. They called me EVERY SINGLE DAYto go back to pay for the order. I don't mind paying for it but calling me every day is so frustrating and so inconvenient!! Hadthey charged my card when I got there, I would've issued another card and all of this would've been avoided. They need to traintheir employees on what the proper procedure is instead of handing customers their food without charging them first. Read more
