Burritos are smaller, the chicken is dry, tough, and burnt. Burrito did not taste as good as other Chavez locations I have... visited. Parking lot is chaotic with cars speeding through the lot and driving down the wrong way. Read more
Chavez is good, they have everything you need if your cooking Mexican food, and they have sweet bread plus a place that makes... food right in the store, so you can sit down and grab something to eat while you shop. The sweet bread wasn't all that great andit seemed like it had been sitting for a few days ????. Other than that its like any other grocery store only geared moretowards Mexican cuisine. Read more
I don't really shop here but it not crowded every time I been here. We usually buy food from their hot deli. Asad burrito and... fries are a good choice here. It's prepared right in front of you so you see what your getting. Read more
I have really become a fan of their taqueria. It's as good or better than any in the bay area. As a grocery store it's fine,... somewhat limited selection. The butcher/meat is pretty good. Over all it's a smaller Mexican grocery with outstanding taqueria. Read more
