I've been going to Chavez supermarket to get the same"chicharrón " $14.99 per pound for a while but today, November 19, 2022,... the carnicería employee gave me the worst customer service. When I questioned her why she was charging me $14.99 for a pound, and I can see the scale was under a pound. Then she went over the pound, and I believe she overcharged me.$17.99 whats mytotal. I went to the register I asked for the manager, she wasn't very friendly herself. Her first question was what is theproblem you don't want to take it(chicharrón) she asked me? 1then tried to explain to her what had happened back at theCarniceria with her employee and that I felt she had overcharged me either way. Basically the manager wasn't helpful at all. Iwas charged $3 dollars more .140 ounces I guess. I will have to drive to my other store that l've never had any issues with eventhough it's a little far because I felt neither the employee or the manager took the time to make sure that me, as a customerthat spends lots of money, was having an issue with obvious overcharged I don't like to give bad reviews, but they definitelydeserve it. I just wanna make sure people really look at the scale when they're getting charged because today I paid attentionother days I have not. Read more

For some reason recently this Chavez Taqueria which is con ected to a grocery store has run out of chicken. Makes zero sense... when the store sells chicken next door and the owners are the same people. Go figure! Read more

They are a little more expensive than other taquerias but at least they are consistent with their quality and generous portions.... I always order the carne asada tacos. That's my go to every time and it never disappoints. Read more

I refilled 5 water bottles here and the water is turning green on all of them, please don't use the Glasier water station. It... seems they don't make any maintenance on the machine. Read more

Review of the taqureia inside Chavez. The food is not inexpensive, but it is delicious. The normal choices of Mexican food,... burritos, carnitas, seafood plates and grilled pork on salad. The beans, rice and salsa choices are well made. Staff is veryfriendly, and happy to customize your order. They have sodas for sale, though you'll find them cheaper in the supermarket fromwhere you can get them first. Read more
