Not worth your time or money. They only act nice from behind the counter but they honestly don’t care about providing service... or doing what’s right. Manager obviously has no customer service experience. He has no idea how to provide service. Themanager decided it was better to lose a regular customer than to admit they made a mistake and provide an adequate solution. Hetried to argue with me even though I accepted that they aren’t interested in providing customer service. Besides that, ittakes 25 minutes just to get lunch serviced and then when it comes out it’s wrong. People eating here on their lunch breakscan’t wait 25 minutes to be served. Forgetting to add the most basic parts of the order just shows you have no idea what youare doing. I will never go back. Read more

Should have taken some photos. The food looks as good as it tastes, which is fantastic. The falafel is some of the best I’ve... had, and everything was fresh. The staff is great, and so is the service. For no reason other than to be awesome, they gave uscomplementary baklava. Would definitely recommend. Read more
Great place to get a healthy filling lunch. The food was very tasty. The platters are priced in the 11-15$ range. Easy to go... there with a group up to about 20. Went back and thought it was even better the second time. Read more
The food is good but the owner still needs to learn how to manage a customer queue. I was there with my son standing in line to... order and the owner who also takes the orders kept on talking to the customer in front of me about their experiences of Jordan.Something which he could have done at their table after they got their food. I am not sure why it was so essential to catch upwhile there was a line waiting to be served. Read more
Good food. Terrible atmosphere for anyone sensitive to high frequency sounds. Constant loud ringing noise from some sort of... equipment. The equipment has nothing to do with construction. It's coming from their kitchen and has been there for at lease 2years. I visited in May 2016, and decided to not go back, today I gave it another chance and the noise is still there. They seemto have either no awareness of the issue or no desire to fix it. Based on their deflection of the issue, I'm downgrading thereview to 1 star. I cannot spend more than 1 minute inside of this place without it effecting my ability to concentrate. Thenoise is louder than normal conversation but at frequency that can not be heard by everyone. The food was good and fresh . Restaurant was nice and clean. A bit pricy though. Would go there again.
They got my order wrong originally. They did replace it once I made them aware of it. They state up front that it may take a... little longer than normal to get your food. With the order mix up it took around 30 minutes to get my lunch. The food was goodthough. Read more
