Overpriced. $18.00 for a plate! Portions are small. I left hungry. They stopped providing free chips and salsa.
Disappointing at best. Hard to believe that you can find Mexican food with no flavor. However this place nailed it! At least... for all the wrong reasons including the most bland chicken and guacamole I have tasted in a very long time. Chicken taste likestraight-up grease with no salt or seasoning to help. As you can see I neglected to eat majority of the chicken, and that's notjust due to the lack of flavor but the nasty chewy greasy consistency. Either they have no idea how to grill a chicken this meetis sub par to put it lightly. I despise shredded chicken quesadillas as I truly believe that a quesadilla should always havegrilled meat regardless of beef. in this case I would take a watered-down dripping soppy shredded chicken quesadilla happilyover this. This is one of my favorite places to eat at. Today unfortunately I was not happy with my meal. I ordered their menudo for the... first time and was not pleased with it. There was no flavor at all, it just wasn't the best menudo I've had in my opinion. **ifyou want great menudo go to EL MEJOR MEXICAN DELI @ seven tress blvd** I am giving the restaurant 5 stars though becauseeverything else on their menu is DELICIOUS! Mmm. I love Burrito Factory. I?ve ordered burritos, tacos, enchiladas, tamales...on different trips of course. Their fresh salsa... bar is so yummy too Today I ordered the beef fajita plate to share. It comes with a side of beans, rice, guacamole, sour creamand lettuce. Also got an extra side of corn tortillas (my fave). Only thing that was a little off was the beans were clearlymicrowaved and the rice was a little on the dry side. Read more
How hard is it to give me what I ordered? I clearly stated NO cilantro and my burrito was full of it!!! I called to complain but... all they could say was they were sorry, no refund offered or anything. Do I really have to open the burrito in front of themevery time I order food?! Ridiculous! Read more
Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. Great local Mexican restaurant. We, my son and I had breakfast burritos. Mine was a simple... chorizo and egg. I'm not sure what he had. He said all the flavors were really great. They have a classic salsa bar. Theinterior of the restaurant is a little dated but clean and presentable. We would definitely go back. Read more
