The automated answering machine is absolute garbage. I wanted to order pickup from a person because the online ordering option... doesn't have any way to make substitutions and I wanted to change the type of cheese on a sandwich. The first relay is for ifyou want to place an order but all it does is tell you to order online. Then I call again and wait until the last option to hearjust speak to an employee so I hit that. It rings three times and goes to voicemail. I get that online ordering is convenientbut not having any way for me to order on the phone when you don't even have a place for requests when ordering online is justgarbage service. Read more

Boudin SF has continued to be a good place to go for a healthy meal, however this one has had several problems lately. First, I... appreciate that Boudin has come out with a number of new items post-pandemic, the Cuban sandwich is good, and I like their minipizzas. They have definitely spiced up their menu lately, in the past I'd found their menu a bit bland. But this specificBoudin on Blossom Hill has had real service issues lately. Probably 3 of the past 5 visits they have either forgotten an item,and/or taken 25 minutes to deliver it, when there are only a few other patrons in the store. Last trip, it took a full 30minutes to produce a bowl of Kraft mac n cheese for my kid, and it appeared to be clumpy and reheated instead of freshly made. Most of this year we'd been going here weekly, we'll be avoiding this establishment until they get their act together again. Read more
