?Classic American breakfasts, with serving portions to match? Visited Bills Cafe Cottle with family on a Saturday morning and... the wait was kinda long at 30 mins just to get seated, but once done, the servers were helpful from start to finish. I orderedthe pancake combo with scrambled eggs, and it was so amazing, the bacon was done right and the eggs were perfectlyscrambled. Also, our servers were very attentive from start to finish and made sure that our coffee was topped up all the time.The portion of the pancakes are huge tho and despite being a relative big eater (I could usually eat a lot), I barely made adent when it came to finishing the pancakes. This is a really good breakfast and brunch spot. There isn?t a bad choice on the menu but my go to meal is the Crab Cake Bene,... it?s the family favorite. I?ve had Crab Cake Bene?s at other places and they are really fishy, not here. The cakes are crispy,hot and delicious and the egg is perfectly poached. They go together like peanut butter and jelly. On weekends there is freeself serve coffee outside while you wait. There is indoor and outdoor seating, the latter is pet friendly. The mimosas are thebest hangover helper. Service is always top notch. There is ALWAYS a wait but on Yelp you can get on the waitlist, but notthrough Google maps. Read more

Stopped in for breakfast. Seating was available inside and outside. It was a little busy but staff stayed on top of things. I... had the Bill's original skillet which was good with very fresh tasting vegetables. My wife had the vegetable skillet with eggwhites which she enjoyed very much. Good place. Read more
Big portions. Pancake is tasty. Soft and fluffy. Wait can be long on the weekend. I think you need to use an app to reserve.

First time having brunch at bill's Café even though we live in walking distance away. Service was a bit slow and they added the... fruit to my husband's pancake plate even though it came with my scramble but other then that no complaints. Food was actuallyvery tasty, especially the Hawaiian pancakes. We came right before 9am and got seated right away but it filled up pretty quicklya little after 9am. We sat outside and it's a nice outdoor option. Read more
