I was in town visiting my family I was craving some ice cream and a shake due to me being pregnant I went to basking Robbins... with my brother the young lady that approached us said she could not do the shake because it was late for her to wash theblender like are you serious worst customer service ever thanks late night crew for your attention you lost a loyal customer Iwill no longer buy ice cream or cakes for my family's birthdays not to mention it was only 9:20 pm and they close at 10:00 pmpick up you're slack and if you dont like you're job get a new one!! Ordinarily I love Baskin-Robbins ice cream, and the people that work there have always been pleasant and helpful. This time... around, I wanted to have shakes that I could easily carry home with me. I ordered three, one for everyone in the house, and weall had the same reaction - the shakes were very... average. The ice cream may have been fabulous, but the ($6.00 each!) shakesthemselves had a great deal of ice in them! Why would you dilute a shake with ice?! I?ve been to this basking robins multiple times and every single time I go the service is so bad. I get disappointed every time.... The staff have this attitude and take the time of their lives. I have been here a few times and it seems a bit slow.. this time I watched people who sat the same time I did order after me, I... got.my drinking ordered and seriously was over looked for an hour and 40 mins I got and up and one server looked at me annodded I sat back down and wait ten mins ..so I get up we my number and was told they had a power outage ???? so why did thepeople behind me get fried food. Basic Baskin-Robbins but not very busy so it's a quick trip.
