Ordered my husband's birthday cake here and the customer service was excellent!! The ordering was easy, the pickup was even... better. The gal that took my order 4 days prior remembered me and brought it out for me right away (even with a mask on). Thecake was made to exactly what we ordered. This is by far the BEST Baskin Robbins I've ever had the pleasure of going to. More so that it was during this crazy pandemic... that we are all going thru. We went for my son's birthday and the owner Tim just happen to be there and made it such a specialtime for my son considering we were not able to have a birthday party or my son was not able to receive many gifts because hewas not able to see his friends. Well, once we walked in Tim was a real delight! Adding a touch of happiness to end the day. Wementioned we had went for our sons birthday and he allowed my son to have his own ice cream Sunday, Tim's treat! Thank you tothe staff and to Tim for being open during such a difficult time. So me and my daughter walked at 4:30pm and did not realize they was closed. They closed at 2pm that day because it was... Christmas eve. How ever The owner tim was very nice and kind and gave my daughter two scoop of cookies n cream ice cream onthe house. That was really nice of him. The store was closed and everything was put away and i had no idea they were closed. So i always go to this store and customer service is always nice to me. I love this place. Management here is awesome. It?s always clean in here it?s a friendly environment and they ALWAYS have... everything. They?re never out of a flavor. Heads up I worked at the #3 store in the US while I'm high school / 1st year University, so some built in biases, some higher... expectations. We trained for super clean stores, cabinets, tubs, and consistent scoop size. Most of the 31 flavor stores fallshort of my expectations. This store was heavy on some scoops, so great for customer. We had 3 plus cabinets vs 2 here sochoices were fewer. However, selection was good, and enough options to keep the Grand kids happy.
