The 3% surcharge was ?temporarily? added over a year ago. They promised to remove it ?as soon as we are able to?. Things have... been completely back to normal for a while, but yet they still keep it. I will stop coming until this is addressed ? this hasgone on long enough without explanation. I much would prefer if they just raised their marketed prices, instead of adding a?hidden? fee. Other restaurants don?t add a 3% ?overhead? charge over their advertised prices. Read more

Joanna is the manager here and she is awesome! We ordered the Banh Mi and Miss Jones boxes and the food was fantastic. The meats... were very tender and juicy and the veggies were fresh and tasty. We'll keep coming here for the great food and fantasticcustomer service! Read more

I ordered food for delivery on June 21 to the hotel near the airport I was staying at. The total bill came to $102.66. After the... order was delivered and we opened the bag, we discovered that the three orders of cookies ($3.39 x3) were missing. Weimmediately called the restaurant and were told a refund would be made. Two days later the refund hadn't happened so I calledand explained again the situation. I was told the owner would call me back that day. That never happened. Over the next severaldays I sent two messages via the website's contact page which says "we?ll get back to you as soon as possible" and "Lookingforward to hearing from you.." Nine days later I have yet to receive an answer. So if this restaurant forgets to put any itemsin your delivery, just know that they'll keep your money and ignore any requests for getting your money back for food you neverreceived. Read more
