Applebee's has decent values, but the food is not as good as it was in prior years. It also used to be a great place for late... night snacks, but that feature is also now gone as most restaurants close at 10PM as do many other restaurants. The good olddays of getting wings and a Brutus beer at 11pm for under $20 have disappeared on all fronts. Very disappointeing. Read more
Twice now I had to get a refund. I ordered before closing and they charged me only to not get my order and they are closed. The... guy also getting his order told my they do this all time. The second time I ordered 30 mins prior to close on line only to havethe kid on the phone tell me they are closed almost 20mins to closing. What the heck APPLEBEE'S! your 2for2 I'm out! I'm very pleased with this location. Our server was just a doll great customer service. Our food and appetizers were excellent... ????. I would recommend eating here to all my family , friends and clients. Props to thee management everything flows insequence in this restaurant ???? Read more

This location practices the use of masks and seating arrangements as part of covid guidelines. Which is dependent on the tier... for the county. I was speaking with a friend about my experience at Applebee's. He started to tell me about some show thatasked people, what was the worst place to eat? I guess i can say, contrary to popular belief, I had an excellent time. Theserver was polite, and interacted with my mom being attentive to her requests. One thing my mom pointed was that the manager atthe time was also bringing us our food. I don't get to see that too much. To see the manager really be part of team. Keyla(pronounced Kay-la) was our server. If she gets to be your server, that is total WIN! Great service watched our table andstopped in a few times to check up on us. She was easy to talk to and very down to earth. Attentive to our diningexperience. Now for the food. I have provided pictures of what was ordered. I ordered the steak. For this steak I notice manyplaces over do it on how well they cook the steak. I asked for rare, and I was glad I did. Sometimes cooks over cook the meat.You ask medium well, and by the time it gets to your table the steak is well done. If it would have come back well, I stillwould have ate it is how I also like steak. For me either way is fine for me. When I received my steak it was a goodtemperature. About the last four bites of the steak were cold. Granted I was having quite the conversation with mom. I am gladshe came up to visit. She tends to be a bit picky. So i think it was a good challenge for Applebee's. We did also orderappetizers. I would say this is the typical sampler platter. Nothing really stands out. It was still good. Tasty, nice place. New restaurant opened with the mall. Update: good servers, good quality food. Had the bourbon street steak... ????. Very tasty. We enjoyed the meal at this location.
