This place customer service is so bad. I called multiple times and no one answered. I called from the front of the building and... the girl just kept hanging up kept hanging up. I asked for well done chicken my wings were undercooked and not well done. Nordid they barely have any sauce on them they were super spotty. But far the worst experience. Employee has no customer service when she, her self didn?t cook wings properly(asked for well... done, were super soft). She still gets upset because I returned the order. On top of that, she didn?t bother to offer to remakethe order in a rude manner just said you?ll have to wait for a manager because she doesn?t know how to do that. The wings were really good today. Lemon pepper and Mango habanero wings are always a good choice. Heads up, the ac doesn?t work... here so be prepared to sweat. The manager needed to look into that. It?s not safe for their workers. Read more
Very slow employees. Once I didn?t get the correct amount of wings. And another occasion they forgot the extra ranch i paid for.... Doesn?t seem like a big deal, but it is when you get home ready to eat what you paid for and you are like dang. Read more
Worst Food establishment in town. I placed and order over the phone to pick up. When I arrived I was told there was no order... under my name. The employees proceed to stare at me and not utter a word. I walked out and called the store to try and contact ahigher up/ manager. I was left on hold?. I called the next day to try and speak to another manger and was talked to like achild. I had to contact another location to put in a complaint with there district manager. I know times are hard and places areunderstaffed but to be treated like your not a paying customer supporting there establishments is a joke: The management at thislocation should be fired and replaced with competent employees. First time visiting this place. I got the mango habanero wings, Louisiana dry rub wings, hickory smoked bbq wings, spicy korean... q wings, all were very tasty and delicious. The lousiana voodoo fries were not that good. They put way too much cheese sauce,drizzle would have been enough. Read more
