This subway has a tendency to close before their marked times, and on my last visit, they were trying to dissuade me from my... purchase of 11 sandwiches (totalling over $100) because I got into the store just after 9:30pm and they wanted to close early. They finally relented and allowed me to get my sandwiches and while they were preparing them several other customers came in andwere turned away even though there was 7 minutes remaining, after my purchase was complete, before their listed closing time.Poor practice to turn away customers and close before listed time. Wont be back again, when they are making up rules as they go. Not a single sign on the door for a mask being required and yet I... was accosted by one of the employees for not having one on. She then told me it?s a Riverside County mandate, to which I toldher there are exemptions. Legally they have to serve me if I am following their rules which don?t state anything about having amask on. They only state 6? social distancing required and there isn?t one other person inside the store right now. People thinkthey have become the law, when the law protects other citizens and their rights. The heavier girl left the bathroom and went to make my sandwich 30 seconds later implying she did not wash her hands correctly... during a pandemic. She then ignored my request and asked me redundant questions. After I saw a special I asked to change myorder and she refused. So 2 minutes of effort and 10 dollars is too much to ask of this employee, what a joke. Never returningto this pathetic excuse of a food service business. Sandwiches were very fresh. Service was good but still could be better. Not very friendly and slow.
