The wait time was HORRIBLE! Not much customers but the service was really really slow. 20-30mins and all I ordered was 2 large... curly fries! Read more

The food's good but their fries aren't always fresh. Especially the curly fries, those ones are stale most of the time. I have... to repeat my order a lot for them to get it right. The inside of the store isn't that bad. Read more

What happened!?! This place use to be good, compared to the other Jack in the boxes in the area it was definitely the best... around... lately been getting a bunch of wrong orders even when I checked before leaving, like for example, the box I thoughtwas of chicken strips turned out to be 7 Jalapeños poppers. Considering I ordered the chicken strips combo I was prettydisappointed. Since the food is still good I guess I'll have to park and open each item they pack in the bag to make sure it'sthe right order...or just stop using the drive thru Read more

They're always messing my order up. I can tell you it's not just a fluke. It's been the last five time's they shouldn't have... that many problem.i I could only imagine how many quarters they messed up a day make you really wonder. It's not like I place aspecial order. I just order very simply something off of the regular menu. Or sometimes I pre-order. And with the pre-order youwould think that they would have enough time to figure it out but they still get it wrong then you have to go through the lineagain and wait so your food gets cold or you can choose to go home and come back out another time which that defeats the wholeaspect of you pulling and getting what you want. Very very annoying for the loss of time and frustration that they give I don'tknow I think that they should be giving some kind of free something or coupons or I don't know, to compensate for ones timeand and for the inconvenience.
