After horrible customer service from a previous visit I only decided to go again because I got a coupon for a 99cent iced... coffee. I gave my coupon to the disheveled looking man in the drive thru. After being told to go wait for my drink in thefront I looked at my receipt and noticed my coupon wasn't applied and was charged almost four dollars. So it wasn't applied butthey still kept it? Wow. I was really annoyed that I had to go in to get my money back and once again no sorry for theinconvenience. Read more

No greeting when we came in & we were the only ones who were in lobby. Too busy to even help us after 5 minutes of standing... there, looking at them, trying to get their attention & the employees continued to ignore us. We had to leave after waiting. Tothink we would have paid the extra here instead of Rite Aid. Not worth it when the customer service at Rite Aid is SO muchbetter. Ok so I love Donuts but OMGGGG Donuts with Ice cream 31 flavors I mean Dammmmmm it's like Brad Pitt in the movie TROY... (Hotttt) So I wish I could give more stars but this is what happened on my third visit. I took photos the girl gave me a smallscoope for all 3 of my Sundays and charged me $20 for it I was like um honey where's the rest of it ? The day before oh Boyhooked us up you get returning customers when you take care of them but I won't be coming back to this place not afterdiscovering La Machucana on Florida and Sanderson I hope I spelled that right. Everything was stale. Hot latte made with old coffee. Not fresh. Ordered blueberry muffin, and was given a stale chocolate... chip muffin instead. Specifically noted for driver to place order on wooden stool at the door. Omg why did he sit the baggedorder on the ground. This order was a waste. I can?t wait until morning to return it all. By the way no business phone numberis listed. This may explain why. So disappointed. Read more
Friendly staff, delicious coffee and the inside is super clean and organize. The drive thru option is nice.
