Love the food and beverages from Dunkin, but the people working the drive thru seem to be confused... they always forget to give... us something. Read more
After horrible customer service from a previous visit I only decided to go again because I got a coupon for a 99cent iced... coffee. I gave my coupon to the disheveled looking man in the drive thru. After being told to go wait for my drink in thefront I looked at my receipt and noticed my coupon wasn't applied and was charged almost four dollars. So it wasn't applied butthey still kept it? Wow. I was really annoyed that I had to go in to get my money back and once again no sorry for theinconvenience. Read more

No greeting when we came in & we were the only ones who were in lobby. Too busy to even help us after 5 minutes of standing... there, looking at them, trying to get their attention & the employees continued to ignore us. We had to leave after waiting. Tothink we would have paid the extra here instead of Rite Aid. Not worth it when the customer service at Rite Aid is SO muchbetter.
