I never write reviews but there was just so many things that went wrong. First off, when I was taking my order the person was... not friendly at all and I had to repeat it twice. Then when I come up to the drive thru, he said he didn't hear my order so Ihad to say it again? I also had stated that I didn't want any tomatoes and he said the taco didn't come with tomatoes just picode gallo, so I figured it had no tomatoes in that. All of my tacos were basically covered in tomatoes, more than it had cabbageand they drenched my taco with too much Mayo, and I didn't even get any limes with my tacos. 1 star forsure Read more
Getting up there in years and being of modest means and simple needs, this reviewer can neither justify, nor afford, the ongoing... expense, both to the pocketbook and the environment, of owning and maintaining a gas powered motor vehicle, it just doesn't addup. Fortunately for your humble reviewer, pretty much everyplace he needs to go (like Del Taco) is within biking distance, so abike fits the bill and also helps keep him fit. The main drawback to biking everywhere being naturally, the perspirationfactor. So, COVID-19 economic stimulus payments in hand, this reviewer decided to invest in a premium eBike and now he's ableto go farther, quicker, with less effort and arrive in fine form without breaking a sweat. However, one drawback remains; thatbeing an accessibility issue. Which brings us to the point of this review: it has been this reviewers experience that, exceptfor a brief moment at the onset of COVID-19 when the standard was temporarily relaxed, most fast food establishments will refuseto serve customers astride a bike or an eBike who wish to use the drive-thru when lobby service is no longer available for theday. The reason for this policy is open to speculation. But this Del Taco location has proven to be the exception and continuesto value the patronage of those members of the bike and eBike riding community obliged to use the drive-thru to alleviate theirlate evening / early morning hunger pangs. This reviewer is happy to endorse a business that embraces an inclusive, eco-friendlypolicy that supports a tomorrow free from the foul air-polluting fumes of filthy, fossil-fuel powered idling relics of the, onecan only hope, soon-to-be past.
