My 1st time here I got very bad service The mng at time did not make sure things were going smooth and orders was not correct... from the time I ordered. It was a mess of repeating the order several times and still order was not correct I even had to goback in because I was missing 2 items and walked out it was still wrong I gave up by then, not only that but workers are alittle unfriendly.That place needs a good strong manager and good employees will fall into place ,until then good luck withyour order if your willing to eat there.I dont complain but when its this badly run it needs to be addressed.Ok everyone talkto you on next review Read more
Ordered a steak breakfast burrito. Got charged $9.12 for the meal. I received a tiny burrito with 2 pieces of bacon, a tiny... sprinkle of cheese, and rolled up eggs with no fresh salsa in it. That is one of the best Carl's Juniors I've have ever ate 2 and I ate a lot of cuz I like the spicy chicken sandwich but there's... is always hot onion rings is always hot and the people are real friendly it has to be the best one around and I praise him andit's clean also Read more
Horrible service. Asked for no cheese (allergies) on my dauggters hamburger. They put cheese on it. Took it back in to get it... corrected and they were being rude and covered the whole burger and bun with ketchup. Salvador, the General manager and Madisonthe shift manager(the one who took my order) didn't seem to care at all much. Order was taken inside at 5:16p.m. waited 13minutes. I'm going full Karen on this one. $15 per hour and this is what happens.... only in California. Read more
