Ordered gluten free, definitely did not get gluten free. My wife was violently ill and I'm still trying to get in touch with... them. **Update: the owner reached out and a manager called me the next day. They were very apologetic and refunded us our entirepurchase. Thank you for the customer service. Read more

Incredibly disappointing every time. Too expensive and the flavour on everything I?ve had is not even close to the worst deli on... the east coast. This should be a poster child for someone to make a better one with actual rye and pastrami. Read more

No complaints! Breakfast bagel tastes as good as it looks and not a bad price for SF- $9 before tip. Service is excellent.... Thanks for a great lunch! Read more

Unfortunately I wasn?t able to take any photos, but I can tell everyone that this is actually a very nice place, especially for... to go orders which I was doing that day when I went there. The people that works there are very nice and very polite which Ireally loved, the sandwich that I ordered was very tasty and delicious. And it seems to me that they have a very goodmaintenance of the place, because when I went to the bathroom it was looking stunning which I really love! I will definitely goback there again to take some pictures so I can share it with all of you guys! Read more

Breakfast was hard to find within a short distance from our hotel other than the hotel?s buffet (not a fan of all you can eat).... Found this gem and was not disappointed. I had the sesame bagel with salmon smear and it was divine! I wish there was a WiseSons back home. Hubby got the server recommended breakfast burrito and was not disappointed. Fully stuffed with a delicioussalsa verde on the side. Loved looking at all of the photos on the wall, too. Read more

Maybe its because I am a stickler for authentic New York style bagels, but I don't get the hype. These were easily the worst... bagels I have had, for the price. They have the imagery and the atmosphere down, but the food just doesn't deliver. For how mucha simple bagel costs, it should be something special. Read more

The bagels are great. Unfortunately, I paid extra for both pastrami and avocado on a bagel sandwich, but they forgot the avocado... and put a single piece of pastrami that covered less than a quarter of the bagel. The food is good, but I would expect a lotbetter for a $15 bagel sandwich. I'll probably try this place again, but I'll see if I have better luck with their cheaperoptions. Read more

This place is a chain, it?s legendary and it?s much loved. I can see why it?s popular but I do wish they had bigger bagels! The... size of the bagels is so small, especially compared to NYC where bagels are pretty formidable and are a complete meal. I wasstill a bit peckish after having one whole bagel. Coming to my order - got the salmon bagel with cream cheese, capers andonions. Simple stuff and the salmon was super delicious. Bread was sesame and plain. Nothing to complain about in the taste.Just wish they had bigger bagels. Read more
