Food was ok. I haven't been to Portugal but as an experienced cook and frequent diner, the seven dishes that we shared were... nothing special. The noise level was deafening. The three of us had to lean into the table to hear one another. On the plusside, the orange olive oil cake was quite good and the passion fruit sorbet served with it was terrific. We won't be returning. Read more

Excellent modern Portuguese cuisine. We were in Portugal for the summer and really missed the food there. Uma Casa really hits... the spot for our Portuguese food craving. The pastel de nata was probably as good as it gets in terms of housemade (but it is nomatch for Pastéis de Belém. Read more

Definitely a quality Portuguese restaurant. Cod fritters, gambas, piri piri chicken, caldo verde. All were excellent. They also... have a good selection of Portuguese beverages. It's definitely a bit overpriced though. And while the pastel de nata is good, itdoesn't have the flaky crust or the burnt sugar taste of the ones in Portugal. Read more

We had a good evening at the restaurant; the chef came out and spoke with one in our party who speaks only Portuguese. That was... a nice touch. The entrees were good as were the portions. Atmosphere is lively with good social distancing. Cost is aboveaverage. They have live Portuguese entertainment about once a month. Read more

Wonderful fish forward Portuguese restaurant. Delicious all around and with a great crew and really nice vibe. Menu changes just... enough to give you a reason to come back. Love having this in the hood. Read more

They just receive their liquor license and the cocktails are delicious. You can either choose between a 3 or 4 choice prie fix... menu. There were four of us so we were able to try many different items (sorry I forgot to take a pic of the menu!) and theywere all wonderful. I highly recommend Uma Casa! Read more

Enjoyed very tasty Portuguese food here. They currently have a prix fixe menu that is very good value. The bacalhau (salted cod... fritters), the duck rice fritters and the shrimp were amazing! The arroz de marisco should not be missed. And those pasteldenata are just the perfect end to the meal. It got a bit noisy as the restaurant filled up. Read more

Kind service that was very genuine. There is a wide range of table sizes. We came only for drinks and dessert at the end of a... night out and it was great. We want to come back for the prix fixe menu another night. It looks like a great deal and manypeople around us looked like they were enjoying their time. I like that they have a smaller wine menu but all the glassselections were great Read more
