This place is genuinely awful. The service is minimal at best we were barely acknowledged walking in. The service speaks minimal... English but was able to excuse themselves from all responsibility by explaining that the incoming crowd of twenty people was ahigher priority. We ordered many skewers that were served individually at a ten minute cadence by a silent server. After twohours we were desperate to pay and leave. However it was insisted that we pay for a late dish that was prepared two hours afterwe were seated. Suddenly the staff wants to speak to us. I've never worked harder to leave a restaurant. Food was scarce atbest. Avoid at all cost. Read more

Unbelievable, one server on a Friday night the food is very small in portions. I?m talking 4 dollars for 2 mini wings. The food... was all seasoned the same. Not trying to pull the racial profiling card but we were sat down first and served last. The tablenext to us was given a dish to throw edamame shells into. My table was not given one. The shells were placed on the tablebecause the food dishes were to small to eat off of. The part that was most upsetting is that meat and main courses came beforethe corn. We were able to eat and finish and the vegetables still were not given to us. We ended up leaving upset. Not worth the$$$ Read more

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. We were hungry and sat down to order right away. We waited 40 minutes for our first... plate of two skewers, and another 20 minutes for the next plate. The portions were so small and all the dishes were burned charblack. You may not notice or care if you were already drunk, but for the sober, this place is horrible. I thought that theservice may be a redeeming factor, but I was wrong. We had a half finished plate of squid at our table with some used skewers onit and another empty plate beside it. The waitress came over and asked if we were done with the plate, and before we couldanswer, placed the empty plate on top of the squid that we were still eating. We were so disappointed and disgusted that wedecided to get the bill before all our food arrived. While they were ringing us up, we noticed the staff kept whispering andlooking over at our table. Lo and behold, they charged us for the food that never arrived, hoping we wouldn't notice. At theend of the night our bill was $70+ and we still left hungry. The other stone faced patrons all around us should have been aclear warning sign to stay away from this place. Read more

Food is OK, but just average Chinese BBQ taste. Wait time is a nightmare and super torturing. The first dish was served 30... minutes after ordering. Then every 10 minutes another dish (something you can finish eating in 1min) was served. After one andhalf hour, we still didn?t get lamb and chicken. The price is also 25% higher than normal Chinese BBQ. Unreasonable high price, average taste, terrible wait time. Also finding a parking spot around there takes you another 30 minutes. I won?t go there againand highly don?t recommend. Read more

Their crawfish is using live crawfish - not frozen ones! So it tastes so delicious!! The skewers are more Japanese style -... salted not sweetened, I can have 100 of them per day! They only open for dinner though, I hope they can open for lunch too Read more

The best authentic Chinese style BBQ in the city! Finally, I found one, and keep come in probably more than 3 times. I do love... their collection and they also have Ma La Tang. But I have to say they need to improve their environment. Read more
