Tin has some of the best dang Vietnamese food I\'ve ever had. I wish I discovered them sooner so I can slowly work my way... through their menu. This new outpost has the same great dishes (condensed, lunch-friendly selection) as Tin in SOMA. Their rollsand bun cha ha noi come with my highest recommendations and it\'s really hard to delight my palate so.\n\nI think it\'s thewarmth of their grilled meats, savory, juicy, charred, sweet in just the right measures. It\'s also the freshness of theirherbs, the tangy punchy sauces. It sounds like a lot going on but nothing is overwhelming or trying too hard.
