My wife and I are sushi/Japanese food lover, we have been eaten all different type of Japanese cuisine all over the world.... There sushi are one of the best ! We went there Tuesday night, not too busy , only 3 tables, the server, a super friendly youngmen introduced few sashimi and sushi rolls . It was so fresh and the roll are amazingly good. We end up eat more rolls and fewdrinks . The price for the quality were cheap compared to others restaurant. I went for lunch and it was great. I had the whole place to myself and was able to take it all in. I got the lunch roll special... for around $14. It was filling and worth it. A very convenient place at the corner of a busy street. I am so glad I found it. The food is awesome, waiters are super... friendly. We had a lot of authentic Japanese appetizers and some unique sushi rolls! I would definitely visit it again andhave it as my default go-to-place in the area. I think you should too. Read more
Our server was new however he was trying, it was a longer wait for orders, the bill etc again he was trying. When we first sat... down we asked for separate cheques, our server told us no problem. When it was time to pay the bills, he went to get help fromthe lead server/manager. The lead server came over and told us that the bill can be paid with a maximum of two credit cards. We were surprised, but started working it out amongst our group of 5. We were mid-payment and the man began yelling at us thatwe were trying to pay with too many credit cards and that we were shorting him. two more people were waiting to pay with cash,while one was waiting on change. he refused to give her change for her cash and said I just need $38 sort it out amongstyourselves. He was unbelievably rude and Arrogant. We were trying to pay with the new rules implemented after our meal and hedid not need to get into a huff. The restaurant had one other table of 2, occupied at 7pm on a Friday night. I promised toinclude a review and he just cackled. I hope you enjoy this empty restaurant. We were forgiving for the new server but wecannot forget your angry rant about the way you wanted us to pay our cheque. I had been to this restaurant in the past andenjoyed it before. Amazing sushi for a great price! Both the sashimi and rolls are delicious. Decor is very authentic too and it has a neighborhood... feel. Highly recommended! Read more
