I have been ordering from here three nights in a row because they have really delicious soups under their Soupchu brand.... Tonight, I ordered from Sumac because I wanted to try out Half&Half box - meatballs with roasted vegetables but got this chickendish instead. Unfortunately, I noticed it when I came home after opening food containers. If you do not have the ingredients orthe dish, that's understandable but please let the customer choose in that case, assuming that this was not a packing mistake. Read more
The muhammara is to die for! Wish I had pita to eat it with tho. The lentil ball is worth a try to! This is the sister concept... from their Saucey Greens. So you can grab both their salads AND pita and koftes! Love supporting small businesses like this.Will definitely come back! Read more
The food was amazing, healthy and fresh with excellent Mediterranean taste. Excellent attention!! You have to try the chicken... bowl. The hummus and labneh are some of the best I've ever had. I've ordered delivery from Sumac a handful of times over the past year and it's always excellent. I'm not a vegetarian but my... favorite item is the red lentil ball salad. I don't even know how to describe the lentil balls, they're creamy in texture andtopped with truly delicious crunchy onions, the ultimate comfort food. The salads are big and filling! My other favorites arethe muhammara with warm pita and the banana pudding for dessert. This place is QUICK to package and send out your food. Usuallythe pita is still warm when it's delivered even though I'm a few miles away!
