Poor management. Came Thursday 4pm, only one staff and he?s taking 25mins just to process a customer?s payment/gift card issue.... There were 4 people waiting and 1 soon left as it is unknown when the staff can solve the payment issue. The staff also left oneguy cut into the line after the solving issue? Read more

Today a new staff served in the morning. She didn't respond the door bell sound and didn't realize customers were waiting until... reminded. She might think it clean enough to wear the plastic gloves and did not need to wash hands after dealing with trashcan. There is a promotion program but she said she it was gone. When reminded her that there was a coupon printed on theprevious receipt she denied again. The new receipt she printed out also has the same coupon. She looked at it and said it wasnot in the system so couldn't give the discount. I would probably not buy sandwiches here if it is her turn to work. Read more
