My co workers and I take lunch in the area and have tried to support this Subway, but we can no longer give the owner of this... location any more business? We have tried to tell the person on duty that we have limited tim e for lunch, yet he only has 1person working during the busy lunch rush?.. He has just lost our business of 15 personnel per work day? This is the only way toget through to businesses. Customer service and customer satisfaction has gone out of the window? Read more
The man was very rude and impatient. He acted like I was taking up his precious time when I took a few seconds to decide which... bread, cheese, etc. I wanted on my sub. When I first came in to order I asked for a steak and cheese melt so I was a littlesurprised when he asked me what kind of meat for the sandwich. Since I had to take pause he rudely, impatiently repeated thequestion. I wanted to say, "Gee I don't know. What do you usually put on a 'steak' & cheese melt?" Maybe he's just having a badday. They are a bit slow and there are often homeless begging in the store especially since the other subway closed. Otherwise the... quality is better than the 7th Street store. Read more
