Racist employee. Was waiting to get a sandwich, black gentleman was in front of me. He was nothing but friendly to employee.... After he had left, the employee said to me in full earshot of another guest, "Black people make me nervous." I told him I nolonger wanted the sandwich. VERY unprofessional. VERY rude. VERY unhygenic. WORST subway I have visited in 38 states. They take EBT, so hot foods for... homeless people who qualify. They would rather be rude and mess up your sandwich even if your paying in cash. But otherwise theytarget ANYONE who does not speak English and/or fit their description of what people should. Worst subway. Waited 10-13min to be helped and It was only one person in front of me. Then they forgot about my sandwich so I... just walked out. First time I've have ever done that to a business. And they don't charge their gloves between sandwiches andhair nets arnt a thing here either. Read more

Very rude The lady was using the same gloves for every customer. It was making me uncomfortable so I politely asked her to... change her gloves. She did. I. Noticed that her knife was very dirty to and I asked her to wash it. Then she got very mad andstarted yelling that if you want to eat vegetarian you should go home and eat. I was shocked by the rude behavior and told herthat she was very impolite and left. She was also very inpatient as she was also getting really mad at a previous customer whoasked her to change her cheese several times. In addition, the store was extremely filthy and the windows were very cloudy.This really saddens me as I have never had any bad experiences at a subway and we go there very often. Read more
The person taking my order messed up and instead of a sorry, I got a lecture on how if I want to order a breakfast item I must... state "breakfast", I can't just say the name of the item. I have literally never had this problem at a Subway before. She alsonever asked any questions and just started putting stuff on my sandwich. Read more
This was the first place I ate when arriving in San Francisco. It worked out perfectly as I was staying in the Hyatt Regency and... this was attached to the hotel. You have to go outside to access it. I had a quick bite here in the outside eating area whichgive great views. This was just the place I needed to find so I could fuel up before heading out on a bicycle tour. The staffwere freindly and service was quick. Read more
Convenient location and staff is usually pretty cool. Great place for a snack. If your looking for a kinda quiet place to spend... 15 minutes or so eating the atmosphere and people watching here can be a pick me up sometimes.???? Read more
