The lady who works on Saturdays at the Subway near Stonestown Galleria is rude and has poor customer service. She and I quote... said, ?I am the only one here, I cannot help you because I have to make the online orders first. Come back later.? But when Ifirst walked in she said she was going to help me in 15 mins. So I waited after I waited 10 mins she says, ?oh another onlineorder with 5 sandwiches. I cannot help you I am busy.? Wow, I found that pretty rude and she said everything with a annoyed toneof voice like as if she didn?t waste 10 mins of my lunch break just so she can say she cannot help me because she?s the only oneworking. She should have not told me to wait if she wasn?t going to help. Actually she should have locked the doors if shewasn?t going to serve any walk ins. Work nearby, so I end up here sometimes when I don't have time on lunch to get anywhere else. There's always just one person... working, with a line of people waiting. The most infuriating thing is that they stop helping the line to do online orders.Sandwiches are good enough. Read more
