However a female barista (kinda short) had a tattoo on her says (jons) she was extremely rude and not... helpful, I said thank you she wont respond than I said have a good day she won?t respond, all because I asked for water alongwith my orders.. she threw my order like she doesn?t care. My last three experiences were great! I loved the baristas that I've interacted with. They are friendly and my orders are... perfect. The only con is I'm going to go bankrupt if I keep coming everyday. lol I had no idea I'd love matcha so much. Read more
Disgusting. Can you imagine getting your coffee from employee has long nails without wearing gloves. 100% disgusting. Also they... can't make my drink correct all the time and when I asked them to redo it again, they get mad. Espresso macchiato is not hard todo. All you need to add a dry foam on the espresso but nobody of them really want to learn it. I stop there every single morningand they still do the same mistake. Its Starbucks, consistentency in quality and customer care are the benchmarks the other guys are trying to mimic. Although I... believe in supporting the family-owned coffee shop, I just spread it out and include Starbucks Coffee in the rotation. Theyprovide benefits to staff, source local(ish) food that isn't able to be matched by the family establishments. Read more
Ordered Placed via Starbucks App in around 5:40am, as it was only few starbucks showing open at the time, drove down for the... pick up after about 5 minutes, the door was still closed but I can see 2 staff inside, one looks busy preparing to open for theday, while the other was on her phone at register. I stood at the door for about 5 minutes thinking they were just busy tryingto open the store and eventually help with my order. I tried knocking on door, gave signals showing i have phone order but theyjust ignored me like i was not even there. At the end i just gave up and left without my paid coffee. It would have been fine ifthey just approach to me and say they were not able to make my order, they are not yet opened or they cancelled the order. Read more
This location on the corner of Polk and Vallejo Streets feel more like a neighborhood cafe vs a large chain. The baristas are... friendly and there's plenty of seating areas. Good place to bring your laptop and do some work....or sit in front of thewindows and people watch, while drinking your coffee. The more times I come here, I think this is becoming my favoriteStarbucks location.... Read more
