WOW! Can you say above and beyond? I know this looks long but you gotta read it. I was in charge of an event in SF and I'm from... Chicago. I'm new to the team and the role and this came up fast with little detail. I contact this Starbucks and reach Morganand give her my lengthy story (she patiently listens while she is probably slammed) and then proceeds to guide me through myoptions and assure me they can take care of it. It's a big order and she says she will save it while I bring it back to my boss.Feeling much better I do and she is good with it. 2 days later I call her back and sure enough she saved it. I'm like yay butshe cannot take the payment over the phone. Now I can't do a delivery service because theft are doing me so many small favorsto make the experience just perfect. She won't be in the day I'm coming and refers me to Corey. The day before he calls toconfirm because you know it's a big order and I think I gave them the wrong day out of panic so thank goodness but they stillhave it handled. In addition, as the store manager he offers his personal number to assure everything goes well. How cool isthat??? I finally get there after a day and a half of chaos already and BOOM the entire staff is prepared and ready! They allsay hi! They are all smiles so welcoming so kind! They jump into action and start loading our cart taking the payment and stillserving customers without missing a beat! Amazing! Talk about being impressed! I could go on and on about this store and howmuch it stands out and above the rest but I know you'll stop reading... so go check them out yourselves... because this reviewhardly does their level of professionalism and customer service justice. Starbucks what can I say other than they are the best
Currently 5:20am and store was supposed to be open at 5am. Order was supposedly ready to pick up 10mins ago yet we?re still... stuck out here in the cold. Workers just looking at all of us shivering out here while obviously not caring- pathetic! Read more

New Starbucks opened on the corner right around from Philz. Superb customer service and super clean. Staff always makes an... effort for the customers to feel welcome. Was getting some work done sometime last week and one of the baristas walked over andasked me if I'd like some water! Will definitely be coming back. Has WiFi and bathroom (no combination code). Wonderful new Starbucks! The staff is especially kind and makes effort to make their customers feel like neighborhood friends.
My favorite Starbucks coffee location and all of the city! Very friendly staff! This location accepts Apple Pay! They also open... early in the morning at 5am! I really like the morning manager! ?????? The coffee taste better at this location! Be carefulthere are bicycle thieves in this neighborhood! This location sells vegan coffee! Read more
