I have been to this Starbucks twice and both times the barista has treated me like I don?t deserve to be there. I just want my... coffee and one time he over charged me twice for the cup I bought when I specifically told him to charge it to my stars, wedidn?t want to put attention of what I was saying. I usually come here every Saturday for lattes and a snack and they are usually pretty good. This morning, Saturday 9/18 was a... little awkward though. First I place my order and the barista wasn't busy but didn't "thank you" or "you're all set" or anythingafter my card went through. Then I get my drinks and they were an inch short. The barista that handed it to me at least said"here you go". There was just a suspicious vibe that morning not sure why, the other Starbucks are usually a little morechipper. Read more

This place, I hear, used to be called "bearbucks" because all the gay bears would come and hang out, get coffee and chill. Now,... there's an abundance of homeless in and out and the place is DIRTY. I'm uploading pictures. Milk was just hanging out on thebar, trash everywhere and when I came back 2 hours later nobody had swept. The cup holder under my chair was still there when Ireturned. The bathroom was just as dirty the first time i used it and went wothout attendance. Employees louder than thepatrons. Sad to see this place so poorly managed. Read more
