The guy taking my order entered my order entirely wrong. I ordered my iced mocha to be blended and all 3 guys behind the counter... COULD NOT FIGURE IT OUT. Im not from around here and every starbucks in the central valley can figure out when i say blended.Coffee tasted horrible and by the time i actually accepted the unblended regular iced drink i was too frustrated with theworkers to even go back for a refund. Threw my drink straight in the trash outside and wasted $6. Thanks guys! Read more
If you have time to kill while waiting between appointments at UCSF or need a break while visiting a loved one in the hospital,... this Starbucks is a nice way to go outside and pretend life is normal. Because they are so busy they have pretty fast servicewhich is nice and allows you to be in and out with your caffeine and sugar fix. Read more

This was a great Starbucks but we kept circling around it following google maps. It?s in a medical complex and we drove around... several times before we saw it on the street although maps said we had arrived. Anyway, we were tired and thirsty after walkingaround Golden Gate Park all day and were very happy when we were finally inside! Super staff, perfectly made drinks and cleanfacilities. Read more
