Second time there, this store is dirty and disgusting. The employees very rude and they?re looking very dirty.

This location has super friendly staff, and they take more pride in making the drinks than most other Starbucks I've been to.... Always tastes better here. Read more
Popular place, good service, very much what you'd expect of a Starbucks. Some guy prominently wearing airpods and wearing the... finest patagonia-esque sleeveless jacket came in and asked us if we were in line. We said yes, he went into the bathroom cameback out and tried to order before us, saying "he'd been here a while" and when that didn't work he acted like a toddler who'dbeen slighted, muttering "not worth it" into the air. The joy of stymying a low effort attempt to gaslight one's way to thefront of a line was fine nourishment. Thanks Starbucks. Read more
Easygoing & friendly staff that follows all of the COVID-19 related rules and regulations perfectly. They also are amazing at... making drinks. Very good Starbucks location. Read more
I'm sure they are making a good coffee but there is not a plug to charge your laptop. I can't come here to work on my laptop.... They should change this. Read more
edit: added an additional star for Lexi's 5 star help today. I have to give this staff an extra star because they work so hard... here! I like that they are right in front of a theatre, but the homelessness issue in SF shows in this zone. And also becauseof that and/or covid and/or monkeypox, no seating offered. Back to the coffee though... The staff is pretty consistent inquality. Yes, this is an odd and one of the less ambient locations, but whatever - it's a Starbucks. Read more
