Horrible experience 1. When I checkout it asked for a 5% employee benefits fee, never charged for this in any other airport... restaurants. Their company should be charged for benefit fee, not me. 2. Give me someone else?s order, I ordered a burger andfries, but gave me two burgers instead. I?ve eaten one of the burgers so they ask me to give them back the other burger tochange back to fries in a horrible manner. I don?t care about the burger or fries, but the way they treat customer made mesick. 3. When I checked previous reviews, I?m surprised by so many one-star reviews. But I still gave it a chance and now Iregret for that. You can doubt them, they will prove it right. Slay!! Maaaaybe the fried chicken is the thing here. But when I arrived, their fryer was already shut down for the night-- only salads... and grilled chicken on offer. Unfortunately that grilled chicken turned out to be a bad choice. The honey chipotle chickensandwich... where do I start. The chicken was so dry and overcooked such that it would be an embarrassment for an inflight meal.The bread was heavy, dense, and most definitely not-fresh and outweighed the chicken 4 to 1. The only veggies were a thin smearof slaw mixing with the chipotle sauce. It turned into a spicy mayo that would have been good if they paired this dry, densething with some actual veggies & fresh bread. Nice in-store aesthetic, the staff were pleasant... but it was barely wortheating the filling & I mostly skipped the bread. And will skip the restaurant next time too. Read more
Overpriced and oversalty. The place looked nice and clean and there was not much of a line so I gave it a try. Ordered on some... automatic device, waiting time was short Had a salad with chicken Katsu which came crammed into a single use paper bowl. $30 forthat and a Diet coke. Walked 15 minutes from a different gate, spent about $120 and a hair was embedded into the breading of 1 of my tenders (meaning... it was cooked with the breading so it wasn?t my hair or the person preparing the order). So disappointed in our food quality andwe had to board our flight so we didn?t have time to go back. On a positive note, the people preparing our orders were veryfriendly and kind.
