What an absolute dream this dining experience was! Highly recommended for anyone who loves Korean food or just eating good food!... Each dish, the sequence, atmosphere, cordiality of the chef and the staff, even the tempo of each course was a perfection. STUNNING! love the modern decor and homage to Korean culture-- from the cutlery to the intention of flavors behind every... course... I felt so represented! Totally amazed by the food here. Went on a whim after seeing their door open on a Saturday. Was curious so looked them up and... their tasting menu sounded intriguing. We went on a Thursday for our anniversary and were blown away. These folks will surelyget a Michelin star at some point. Check them out before they get crazy busy and hopefully everyone will discover them soonbecause the chef is super talented. Favorites were the uni, roe and egg in a cup and the squash blossom fish. But all of it wasbeyond anything we expected. Oh and we also got the beverage pairing which was a great value with full pours, and a wide varietyof types of beverages - would recommend that with the food for sure. Read more

Yesss SSAL is incredible. Every dish was 110% delicious. They very easily accommodated a no red meat & the replacement was... wonderful. Loved the salmon & side component. Loved the crab bibimbap. Loved every part of the menu. Definitely closer 2Michelin stars. Customer service was also a stand out. Everyone made the experience memorable.Will definitely be visiting againsoon! Read more
