Food was alright, service was not great. Very slow and curt service despite the fact that that I was the only one in the... restranunt I've never had a server come out of a restaurant to complain about the lack of a tip before, so I suppose thisrestaurant helped me cross that off my bucket list. Regardless of what the amount this server thought he was entitled to, it'snot cool to come out of the restaurant and yell at me in front of a bunch of people because he has a sense of entitlement. This is the perfect place to get your tastebuds tingling.. I loved my experience and the food here . The chicken wings was... fantastic, crisp and crunchy to the core . Friendly staff , clean tables and lots of seating area . Quantity of the dishes alsois fantastic, I ordered a couple of dishes and every dish has its own unique taste and flavors. I so so so recommend this place. Read more

I ordered a wanton soup to go and there was barely 4 wantons, soggy and broken and not even that tasty. The place looks nice... inside and I'm sure there are better options in their menu. This was my first time using it and probably the last Read more

The food isn't really authentic Sichuan or Hunan flavor. We ordered Gong Bao Chicken to go. As you can see from the picture, it... mixed with celery, which has never been part of the ingredients in this particular dish. The food portion was okay. The flavorof both dishes was rather plain. Food was good with generous portions. Dining environment was nice. Service was okay, but slow. I believe they were too busy and... under the staff. Authentic Hunan dishes. Recommend the sizzling cumin lamb. Very hot so you might need to ask them fordifferent level of spice. Will come again to try more. Read more

Rejoice all spicy food lovers, this is your place! After multiple failed spicy food I had in SF, I stumbled upon this gem just... for its name =Spices. !! And it was AMAZING !! The braised chicken meat with chilli pepper($15) was so juicy and beautifullyspicy and can just be eaten like that with steamed rice($2). It was plentiful for 2 people. Next up the chicken wings withexplosive chilli($17) was nicely crispy, flavorful and had the 'ooph', beautifully paired with beer n you have your comfort foodright there. Come try, you will not regret! Read more

Food was good overall but nothing really hit the spot. We got the the dry pot with pigs feet and pork intestine - it wasn't... spicy enough and flavors didn't seep into the meat. Other items were just as average. We ordered: 1. Lamb fish soup 2. Duck andduck blood pot 3. Dan Dan noodles Read more
