Refused delivery to my address in downtown even though another Round Table Pizza location guaranteed they could deliver to my... address. Not my go-to pizza place to begin with and this one is in a rough part of town. It only reminded me that I just dont like round... tables food. The woman who works at this place should not be in customer service whatsoever. I was placing a large pizza order for my office,... over $3k, through ezCater and I had questions about the quantities and number of slices per pie. The woman was so condescendingand argumentative, telling me to ?figure it out? before hanging up on me. I reluctantly placed the order anyway. Then the daybefore the order, I noticed ezCater had the time listed incorrectly. I messaged ezCater but also called the restaurant to ensurethey adjusted the time. Same angry woman again starts YELLING at me, telling me she won?t listen to anything I say, will onlydeliver based on her paperwork, and to figure it out with ezCater. I pleaded to please change the time since I?m the customerwho placed the order and she only got angrier and more defiant.
