I was a little shocked when I got the dish with just plain chicken & rice. I was asking where the curry was. I'm Indian, I can't... just eat plain rice lol! Aside from that, a bit overpriced for $18 including tax for poached chicken and rice. The rice is donewell & the chicken is moist. Read more
The food is good/healthy. We order it a lot for our kids. The issue is that over a dozen orders, they have not once gotten the... order right whether placed on their site or through a service. The staff look blankly at you and say that they can't do anythingto process a refund and to contact management. Management does not respond to inquiries. Read more
So glad for this location. The chicken porridge or Khao Tom Gai is my new favorite. So delicious on a cold windy SF day. I just... wish they made a slightly bigger size. For $9 for a bowl I could eat two of them easily. Read more
Great chicken, great rice, and amazing sauce. The Original is really worth it! The porridge/congee is okay, but definitely... doesn't compare to the Original dish, specially not at similar full meal prices. Maybe if it was like 4.99 for a bowl.. Read more

They have horrible customer service. Rude and disrespectful to both customers and delivery drivers picking up orders for THEIR... customers. They also won?t allow delivery drivers to use their restroom (where else are they supposed to go if not at therestaurants they pick up at?). Just gross behavior. Read more
