Got the Heritage Burger cooked medium-rare. Burger had Applewood smoked bacon, fontina cheese, caramelized onions, tomato,... lettuce and herbed mayo. Way too much mayo on the Burger, in hindsight I would have asked for the mayo on the side. Got regularFrench fries, for $4 the portion should be bigger. Iced Tea was very good. The Burger tasted good, definitely not great. Alsothe French fries were mixed together, some nice and hot right out of the fryer, others cold. The kitchen staff are mixing freshbatch fries with leftover fries that have been sitting around, that's not good. Service could be better, ordered iced tea andthe lady forgot to give it to me, had to remind her. Based on all the great reviews and my own experience I'm not reallyimpressed with Roam. Great burger shack for both conservative and experimental burger eaters. In exhibition, a "Create Your Own" burger with the... bison patty and some sweet potato fries. The house made prickly pear soda to wash it down. Top notch. As usual in America, theportion size feeds about two normal people. Read more
