Pretty slow service (restaurant was at near capacity, and there were only 2 waitstaff when we arrived). Took maybe 15 min to get... seated for a party of 2 even though there were open tables inside and outside, and another 15-20 min to get our orders in. Foodwas great though. Got the signature pork ramen and chicken tantanmen, both at the level 4 “normal” spicy. Broth for both wasdefinitely rich in umami and overall flavor. The pork chasu was a little sweet and surprisingly crispy. The chicken broth was onthe salty side but we still enjoyed. Total came to $37 before tip. Would be willing to come back on a day we’re not in a hurryand hopefully get to try their dessert. The ample outdoor seating was a big plus. Read more

October 2022: Stopped by for lunch and sat at the bar. Ordered the signature pork ramen at level 4 spiciness. I thought the... broth was rich and delicious ????. Pork was sweet and very tasty! It was so delicious, I could have eaten more! ???? Noodles hadgood texture and flavor. For dessert, I tried the taro and pineapple soft serve mix. The flavors went well together. The tarowas on the sweet side and was balanced by the pineapple ????. Service was great. Friendly and helpful. I would definitely comeback again for more ramen ???? and soft serve! Read more

The signature ramen was really good. Broth was rich but not overpowering and all ingredients and toppings were solid. The actual... pork chashu though wasn’t quite the level of melt-in-your-mouth that I would have hoped for. What really stole the show wasthe chicken katsu. Incredibly moist with some fat and perfectly breaded and good seasoning. A small space, a bit of a hole inthe wall, but affordable and an awesome find overall. Read more

I got their signature pork ramen. The broth was flavorful and rich, but almost too rich. It was also a tad salty, so I wonder if... maybe the broth got too condensed. Otherwise, it was delish. Generous with the pork pieces. Good bite/chewiness for the noodles.I got level 2 spicy, but I barely tasted any spice heat. I’m not usually too crazy with spice, but I’ll probably would trylevel 3 next time. I also added extra “seared” tofu, but it was barely seared, so I wouldn’t get that again. I also gotthe pork baos, omg so good! Okay, I would come back for these baos alone ????. Perfect meat to bun ratio, tender pork, goodsauce, tasty. Read more

Every ramen is great, perfect eggs every time. I always ask for spice on side to adjust for days craving. Outdoor seating is so... so, traffic, homeless,… Edit, had their takeout which is packages very well and keeps nice when traveling. The flavors sameoutstanding. Took their spicy level 3, very nice and looking forward to add more. The only minor minus was the egg ?? was toohard boiled and nothing like ramen egg. Read more
