Located just off Union Square, Rambler is a mix of casual dining and fine dining flair. Passing Rambler’s petite Zinc Bar,... you’ll walk downstairs into the main dining space, feeling as if you’re walking into a cool speakeasy. Here you will feeljust as comfortable sporting a pair of jeans or something a bit more dressed up. On our visit, the front of house manager,Daniel was absolutely on point. His professional demeanor was smooth, welcoming, and effortless. Chef Banks White’s newAmerican comfort driven menu is wonderfully diverse. Dish after dish is both thoughtful and delicious. Start with the RoastedBrassicas (Herbed Freekeh & Kamut, House Cashew Cheese, Honey Harissa Dressing or The Prince Edward Isle Mussels (CambodianGreen Curry, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Fresno Chile). For the meat eaters in the house, the Grilled Pork Chop (White Beans, FennelSausage, Broccolini, Marsala Demi Glaze) is a dish not to miss. If you find yourself in Union Square during the holidays -- orreally at any time -- make Rambler a part of your visit. Read more

Strange experience. Went there for breakfast and the place smelled very bad despite everything looking clean and tidy. I got... pancakes and a coffee - the former were bland. Read more

The food was very good. We ordered the short Rib which itself was really great. But the veggies that it came with was a bit... pale.. I would give it a 4 stars but for the dish price I'd expect more than that. The place itself is pretty cool and cozy.Service was very good too. Read more

This place is on point. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is top notch, and the food is absolutely amazing. This spot is... fantastic for a good date or business meeting. The staff was fantastic, and the bartenders knew their stuff. If you're in themood for something special, definitely put this on your list! Read more

Food was nice. Really enjoyed the veal osso bucco pasta! Fun cocktails. Service was very friendly but a bit slow. Fun concept... with a more lively bar type area in the front and a more calm area for dinner in the back. Read more

We came here a few weeks ago for a friend's birthday and while I was stunned at the Ambiance of the restaurant and bar area... upstairs, it was really the downstairs game room that was sort of hidden that really blew me away. I've attached photos so youcan take a look at this Hidden Gem. Where was basketball, Skee-Ball, televisions, and a great area to hang out with a bunch offriends. Read more
