These kind of pick your own soup ingredient places are pretty fun. You can really mix and match to your hearts content. The... quality of those ingredients here seems good enough. It\'s not premium stuff but it also isn\'t priced that way. I got thesichuan spicy soup (3 chili signs) and it was pretty hot. So if you like spicy stuff, I\'d start with that one before trying theones that are rated hotter. The soup itself though was a tad too oily. I know these kind of soups are always sort of oily butthis one was oilier than usual. Read more

Really interesting place! I\'ve never been to a place like this before. Came here around Sunday around 6:30 and only 1 table was... occupied. It was my first time here so I had no idea how this works. There is a step by step sign at the front. Really easy tofollow.\n\nI really like their concept:\n1)Grab a basket and thong\n2)Select ingredients, as many or little as you want. Many tochoose from\n3)Choose soup base at the register, 7 different flavors\n4)Weigh and pay\n5)They will bring the bowl out to yourtable once it\'s done\n6)Enjoy! (I added this step lol)\n\nStarting price is $10.99/lb then add $2-$3 more depend on which soupbase you choose. Price is pretty fair due to current inflation.\n\nThe food took about 5-10 mins. Fast and friendly service. Thesoup was piping hot so need to be extra cautious. I got their original pork bone soup. Definitely was able to taste the porkbone. All the ingredients were cooked but some were still kinda hard so needed to be cooked a bit longer. They do offer dippingsauces and water by the cash register. Self serve.\n\nIt was a fun experience. Think of it like a Mongolian bbq style. The onlything is that it can be kinda unsanitary since the ingredients are left out in the open and can be easily contaminated. Read more

I really hope I could like this place since I like the choose-your-own-ingredients noodle soup concept. However when I tried it... for the first time, many ingredients (both meat & veggies) didn’t look/taste fresh, including the lamb slices I ordered at thecashier (not from the pick-yourself counter). The soup base was flavorful but very greasy. One (out of the two) of us haddiarrhea afterwards. No we won’t come back. Read more

I love the setup here. Take a bowl, literally place your items in the bowl. Go to the counter for it to be weighted and select... your soup base. FANTASTIC for vegans. Read more

The food is good for typical quick-bite Asian, but the ambiance is pretty bare.

Very tasty noodles soup at a nice mom-and-pop Chinese restaurant. I customized my dish and as you can tell from the finished... bowl, it was horrendous! (kidding) Go here if you get the chance! Read more

When I first wandered into this store, I let out an audible gasp. I wish I was kidding. This was such a unique concept (to me at... least), I\'ve never been at a hot pot place where you got to pick and choose your ingredients and then pay by the weight. Suchan innovative idea! If you\'re someone like me with a limited stomach capacity, this is the place for you! You can get aperfectly portion bowl of hotpot without the fear of wasting anything. This would also be a perfect spot if you wanted a quickbite, the food is cooked very quickly and you can have your customized hot steaming bowl in under 15 minutes or so.\n\nI arrivedaround 5pm on a weekday, so there wasn\'t any line and seating was very open. I can safely say that I\'ll not only be back, butI\'ll also be bringing friends. This is such a perfect gem, I can\'t help but want to share it with others! Read more

One of my go-to places for dinner in the area now. Choose your own ingredients soup place. Ingredients are healthy and fresh.... <$10 easy if you don\'t put too much. Most I\'ve ever paid is $15 when I added a ton of fresh fish fillet. So, good prices aswell. And the experience is fun.\n\nNote that there is only one vegetarian broth at the moment, the tomato.
